I CAN’T FIND THE PRODUCT I’M LOOKING FOR
Inside and Out offers most products in the ranges supplied, but if we don’t have it and you’ve seen elsewhere, we can get it for you. Our delivery times from our suppliers are good, and we could have it for you within days. Contact us with your request.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING: HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT?
United Kingdom and Channel Islands:
- Standard Royal Mail 1st Class - FREE. Delivery should normally take 2-3 working days
- Special Delivery - Price calculated by weight
- Next Day Delivery - Available for orders placed before midday; orders placed by midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 13:00 the next day. Orders received before midday on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO PROCESS AND POST?
We have staff working on processing and packaging of all orders every day. If your order is taken before midday, it will be processed on the same day and dispatched the next.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?
We accept Visa, Solo, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Delta and Electron.
CAN I PAY IN EUROS?
Payments can be taken in both sterling and euros.
WHEN IS THE PAYMENT TAKEN?
Payments are taken when you place your order, for dispatched the same or next day.
DO I NEED TO PAY VAT?
Inside and Out are a VAT-registered company all our prices are inclusive of UK VAT. Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to payment of sales tax or duty charges in your own country.
MY CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED. WHY?
Card payments may be declined for a number of reasons:

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY ORDER YET?
Royal Mail do not accept a parcel is lost until the item is assessed to have been in the postal system for 14 days (UK) and 21 days (international). We do not expect deliveries will take this long and have had no experience of it to date, but we are unable to dispatch a replacement or issue a refund until after this time has elapsed. Again we have not had this before and do not expect it, but please be assured we always work to provide the best service we can.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel and/or amend your order in our store online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. After this, please contact us and we will try and help. But if your order has been dispatched, we regret we cannot amend the order.
WHAT IS THE INSIDE AND OUT POLICY ON RETURNS?
We offer all our online products with a 14-day return guarantee. You can shop at Inside and Out with confidence and peace of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot, however, replace items which have been opened, if the seal has been opened or if the packaging has been damaged or tampered with, unless they are faulty.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?
Please call us or send an email to detail the issue and return the goods to us within 14 days, including all packaging. We will either refund or send a replacement.
GIFT WRAPPING SERV ICE
Inside and Out offers a full gift-wrapping service. Just enter your message in the 'gift wrap message' box on the checkout page. This service is available at a minimal charge of £3 per item.
